Hello, thanks for the incredible plugin!

I build a form with conditional DropDown “REQUIRED” fields, but the form is not being submitted at all.

More details, the form has 3 DropDown boxes, one for the LEVEL, one for the College, and one for the College Sections.

And because I can’t change the College Sections dropdown contents according to the College, i had to make 5 dropdown boxes that are being shown depending on the selection of the College, so that means that only one of those 5 will be shown, other 4 are hidden… and because they are required also.. the form refuses to submit and showing no errors, but I used “Inspect Element” in the browser to see the errors.

    Any suggestions please?

This is a limitation in the plugin currently, hidden (conditional) fields can’t be required at the same time.

    Thanks!

Ah, will it be fixed so soon?

We really need this in our university system sir, and we appreciate taking this into account.

    Thank you.

Not so much a bug that needs fixing but rather we haven’t built that functionality yet. We will discuss required field conditional logic as a team and get back to you.

    Thanks ??

Yes I know this, thank you.

another main problem i face is that when I make 2 or more conditions to a single item, only the last condition work, it did not respond to the other conditions before the last one. take this in mind please.

    thank you!

Please paste screenshot of your field settings and conditions?

    yes, here: https://im87.gulfup.com/VQ04WR.png

As you see, i’m checking if a dropdown has any of the 3 values i put in, but id did not respond to any of the first or second one, only to the third, take in mind that it works fine with any option if i set it as a single condition.

Ok thanks! So multiple rules never work not just these conditions?

Yes my friend, exactly, and i can’t define that i want (all) the rules or (one of them at least) to apply the condition. we hope that we have this option in the next version.

UM conditions need a lot of work, at the moment they are not much use other than having only one conditional, not multiple.

This has been fixed in a recent update.

Do you have a public changelog that you update… as you fix the issues.

Yeah on this site is a changelog. Looks like this fix may have accidently not been added to changelog, will ask our lead developer to add it in.
