When a company understands customer service is USP

Just a quick message for Prosenjit and the team at WPMET and anyone else reading this considering making a purchase.
I use/have used several different 3rd party plugins for Elementor. And as you will know, a lot offer very similar functionality. So why choose one over the other? The answer comes down to customer support!
I have requested support twice from WPMET; they have exceeded my expectations on both occasions; not only have they responded within 24 hours, but it is the response they provided that has made me leave a positive review. They came back with the issue but also with the fix implemented.
Those who, like me, have used other 3rd party plugins will be very familiar with the replies of: “Its a problem with another plugin, come back when you have found it.” or “remove all plugins and change to 2020 theme, etc. and then come back” and your left thinking, you are supposed to provide the support, not me. But anyway, these guys truly offer technical support; they diagnose and fix the issue and respond to you with their findings.
Please keep up the good work, guys, and try to maintain the levels of customer support you are currently providing, as this will set you above your competitors.
