I would like to know how to receive a WhatsApp message when a customer places an order (in addition to the classic email)

I found the third-party plugin Click to Chat – HoliThemes that let’s your page visitors contact you through “WhatsApp” or “WhatsApp Business” with a single click (WhatsApp Chat, Group, Share).
