    it must only be shown between 10am and 6pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and be hidden during the rest of the week at unscheduled times.

    OK, so you want to do it with three separate shortcodes, like this:

    Yes, because you want the content to turn on at 10am on Monday and then off at 6pm on Monday.
