  • Your plugin is using a PHP command which your server is objecting to.
    https://php.net/manual/en/function.ob-end-flush.php
    A) Contact host and discuss with them.
    B) Try a different plugin.

i have been disabled it but i have that problem yet.
    please help me;)

    A) Take note of what version of WP is installed. If you are not sure, run a scan at Sucuri and your WP version will be revealed or navigate to the readme file in your root install.
    B) Download that version of WordPress.
    C) Extract the files.
    D) Use a tool such as FileZilla or your host provided File Manager to:
    1. Rename the file /wp-includes/functions.php to old-functions.php
    2. Upload a clean unedited version of that file from steps B/C.
    E) Attempt to run site.

If site still does not run:
    I) Rename the plugins folder to old-plugins. Test site.
II) Rename your current theme folder to old-theme_folder_name. Upload or have in place an unedited version of default theme. Test site.
III) Perform a full manual update (do not overwrite wp-contents folder).

    Report back.

You have to delete its folder completely to get rid of possible caching.
