What's the point?

What’s the point of allowing access to a post wich has both a restricted and an unrestricted category?
The restricted category should not allow access to the post EVEN IF there is a non restricted category associated with it.
Am I missing something or this plugin is unable to block the view to a post if one of its categories is unrestricted?….
