This fix was included to WPML 4.3.0 and with this fix we decreased number of DB queries for some requests.

But you may have another issue and for better support please open a ticket on wpml.org where we can ask access to your staging site so we can debug it.

If this is different to WPML 4.3.0 (as you have suggested):

can you please include the changes in the code for WPML(4.3.1) also?

You asked about fix from support ticket and I mentioned in which version it was included and provided changes in code related to that fix only.

in WPML 4.3.0 there a lot of improvements and for now our latest WPML is 4.3.3 with more fixes.

But if WPML 4.3.3 and WooCommerce Multilingual 4.7.3 didn’t solve your problem then please open a ticket so we can debug it.
