    Hi guys, I just installed and activated the plugin, filled the information and all but can’t see it. I’ve tried with firefox and chrome. Does it embed automatically or do I need a php code to insert to my index page?

    I’m testing it in local, is that a problem?

    Also, I’m using a custom theme. I’ve noticed that it works fine in the default ones.

    Hello.

    No code is necessary. Just activate the plugin and set up a phone number.

    There may be a layer on your website that covers it (how to fix) or if you choose “Only display the button on mobile devices” is not displayed on desktop.

    If you leave us the link of your website we can help you.

    Sorry, I missed that it’s a local project, that’s not a problem.

    Try with this CSS rule in your Theme Custom CSS in case something else covers it:

    .whatsappme { z-index:999999999; }

    I just noticed that you guys hablan espa?ol hahaha

    Intenté con el z-index, pero al revisar con el inspector de código veo que no carga nada del plugin, ni el js, css o los div a pesar de que se encuentra activado.

    I found the issue: The theme was missing the hookers.

    Muchas gracias por la ayuda, debí buscar eso antes.

    Great plugin
