• I’ve emailed them twice and have not heard back about possibly buying a new license. I’ve taken over a site from a previous developer and I’m not sure who owns the license for the plugin. It looks like it’s updating correctly, we have the most current version, though I would like to contact tech support and can’t without the account information. The markers have disappeared from the map and would like to fix that. Maybe we need to get a new account, but I’m not sure what to do and would like some guidance on this. Any suggestions are appreciated.
