Which logos section are you referring to on the theme exactly?

It`s called Logos Bar Section, the one where you can add many logos in a row.

That section is not available in the theme from the repository here, it appears to be a part of the paid theme. As paid themes are not supported here, you’d need to contact the theme author support here:
