what’s next after connection? (newbie alert)

    Hi there,

    I am helping a client integrate WP with Dynamics 365. With help of their IT person, I was able to connect successfully to the CRM.

    I am not sure what happens next. Should I see a list of forms to embed w/ shortcodes?

    I don’t see anything under Forms other than the reCaptcha fields.

    Sorry for the newbie question….i have access to the CRM itself!

    what are your requirements, i.e. what do you need to do in WordPress? Display a form and collect the input in Dynamics 365? Display data from Dynamics 365 on a page? Authenticate contacts?

    Have you looked at documentation? We have Quick Start section explaining how to display a form and a list, for example.
