What's new in 1.2

Ryu 1.2 was just released! Looking at the changelog from trac, it’s evidently a much smaller release than 1.1. Still, much appreciated!

* Correct missing closing quote in Quote post format that caused broken links.
* Update bundled Tonesque and Color libraries; namespace the Color library.
