What’s happening whit Hoefler_Text font?

I tried replicating this using the same Chrome/OS version as you mentioned but not seeing it showing up on the TwentyTwenty preview. Can you try using an incognito window to preview the theme and ensure no browser extensions are active?

Also tried to delete website data and cache! Nothing change…

In other browsers, everything renders fine

Are you able to see the font on other sites such as https://www.typography.com/fonts/hoefler-text/overview?

If not, I would imagine it would be a localized issue if you are seeing it showing up across multiple domains. Do you have another device to test from to see if you can replicate?

It could be a Mac OS issue… Fonts looked fine on my older Mac.

Maybe is a font licencing issue?

I’m having the same issue as well. Two separate sites. Nothing installed but the latest version of WordPress and Twenty Twenty theme.

Occurs only in Chrome (not Safari).

Edit: Looks like this is a bug specifically with Chrome 79.0.3945.88 on macOS 10.15.x only. Previous and future beta versions of Chrome are unaffected, as are other versions of macOS and other operating systems: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1036250
