    I’m a paid subscriber and have asked for support in both this forum and in the subscriber online forum.

    I’ve yet to have any kind of response, from anyone at WP Cerber, in well over a week.

    What’s going on with the company? Have they gone out of business or something?

    Hi! Our support staff have replied to your ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience. We were restoring our support desk software after a server crash.

    I am also a paying customer
    I closed my ticket #6275 from May 15th on June 6th because it was simply not answered.
    On June 6th I opened a new ticket #6325 again no answer until today???
    Please urgently need support!!!
