What's going on? 911 help

  • I am currently managing this website https://www.aadp.org
    The original webmaster is no longer with our organization and i am still new to WP.
    Our org website was working just fine until about 12p today: https://www.aadp.org/

    our theme is WP Thematic 0.9.7.7 (i think)
    everything seems to be off place and there should be a 3 column on the bottom subsidiary.

    can anyone with more details on how to fix this?
