What's causing Unsuccessful Queries?

    Looking at my users searches for the last month.

    I’m noticing queries that are appearing in both under Common Queries and Unsuccessful queries.

    For example, in the last 7 days “Term X” has appeared in Common Queries 29 times and Unsuccessful Queries 16 times.

    I’ve done a search for “Term X” and its definitely there?

    Do you know why sometimes queries might be showing as Unsuccessful?

    I’m using Relevanssi 3.4.1
