The Complianz scan has detected a lot of cookies of… Complianz.
    Of course, Coomplianz uses cookies.
But they are all classified “without service” ?
They are unkwown from the database ?

How can I add the service “Complianz” and add these cookies in this service ?

    Greets,
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

Please issue a new sync with the Cookiedatabase. The cookies are all registered in the database. Most of them are administrator-only cookies even.

    Kind regards,
    Leon

Thank you for your rapid reaction !

I have done a rescan, after connecting in a privacy window in Chrome, and get same results.

I understand that many cookies are for admin and must be removed from the list.
But cookies like complianz_consent_status or complianz_policy_id remains unknown from cookiedatabase.org.

Other cookies are right, so the scan works fine.

    Hi @extrapaul,

Please rerun the sync, instead of the scan. Maybe these words got mixed up. The cookies are known and should sync: https://cookiedatabase.org/cookie/complianz/complianz_consent_status/

It will update automatically as well, FYI.

    regards Aert

Oh yes, the Synchronize works fine : now cookies are in the good services.
    Thank you very much !
