What's a good video player plugin (specific features needed)

I need a very good video player plugin. A few of the features I would like is:

1) Short code to insert it into a page or post

2) The video will be stored on my server (so no streaming from a third party)

3) View counter needs to be on display in or around the actual video player.

4) Star rating system needs to be visible and allow people to rate the video.

5) A secondary video ad plugin needs to allow viewers to watch 20 seconds of ads before the actual video plays. This secondary plugin needs to allow for video ad management which will allow upload of video ad with randomization.

6) If possible, it should have the ability to add a video gallery.

7) Must be compatible with the Suffusion theme.

So if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
