    I don’t like to do this kind of review but I’m exhausted now by the lack of support from the guys behind SNAP and I want everybody to know it!
    Let me explain you what happens to me:

    – I bought the xposter extension from SNAP on November, 23 (it’s an extension for adult websites), the price of the extension is $250 which is not cheap at all!
    – After I bought this extension, I didn’t receive anything from them except an email saying “download the extension on your account” but there was nothing to download on my account page on SNAP website and my licence key (that I own since a few years now) didn’t give me access to the adult websites network on which I should have been able to post and for which I bought their xposter extension.
    – I contacted them 4 times on their support without any reply from them.
    – On November, 30 I asked for a refund through Paypal.
    – I’ve sent them 3 emails through Paypal system and they never replied but they canceled my license as on my account the license is marked as canceled on November, 30. So, they see my request from Paypal and canceled my license the exact same day.
    – Now we are on December, 11 and still no news from them, nor from their support system, nor through Paypal reclamation.
    – So I pay 250$ for … nothing … and I cannot have my 250$ refunded which in this case should be the normal way of doing business… when someone cannot use the product they bought because they received nothing, they should be refunded no?

    This is to say, to everyone that wants to buy their xposter extension… take care my friends, they are not supporting anymore this extension, you’ll never be able to use it and they will not refund you as they don’t care of their customers!

    I have a normal license that I pay since many years from them and thought they were honest guys, but I’m starting to reconsider my position and starting to look elsewhere as I don’t want to give more money to dishonest people.

    That’s my story, I’m sorry to share it there, but maybe this is the only way to have them react, reply and refund me…

    One week later after my comment here, still no reply from Ludwig Van Normainen, neither on their support system, neither on Paypal, neither here even if I left a one-star rating… Even Paypal tried to contact him but he doesn’t care also about Paypal emails!
    So they really don’t care about you people! Their support sucks at the highest possible level, never seen that after 10 years working in WordPress eco-system!
    It starts to be absurd at this point to ignore a customer like that, change nothing Mr. Ludwig Van Normainen… maybe you forgot that without us – aka the customers and website owners – you’re plugin will be useless and your business will return to dust…
    Great way of considering people who pay your living!
