what would you call this plugin?

Hi all

I am looking for a plugin but don’t know what to search for!
Basically it is for the home page of my site, in a widget area, and I want it to show a pic and some text next to it with a link to a page and then give the user the ability to load another text/image about another page.

If anyone know what I am talking about and knows what a plugin like that would be called.
