What would cause an error?

I’ve use this plugin all the time.
Activating it on this one specific site, brought the site down.
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/xxxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/debug-bar-slow-actions/debug-bar-slow-actions.php on line 100Any ideas what would cause that?
