We understand your frustration, especially with the transition from version 3 to version 4. We want you to know that any errors encountered during this major change are completely unintentional. The Banner image is working as feature image in the version 4, in version 3 we had to use feature image and banner image: https://prnt.sc/2doLmAZ7ixLy separately but now both are merged. Please use the latest v4.0.1 and your issue will be resolved.?

As we have updated and migrated some functionalities for our customers good, so some changes happened on the plugin. Please forgive us for the changes. I hope everything will be fruitful soon.

I am also having the same problem with the feature image in 4.01 version (as writing in my review). The feature u are describing doesn’t work. I tried this yesterday before writing my review, and after reading this comment I tried it again (just to make sure). But at this moment it doesn’t work.

At least it is nice to know, that it is a bug. And not just changing a free function to a paid one.

We tried and resolved that issue in version 4.0.1 but somehow it didn’t work then last night we also identified and resolved the issue then released a new version to the WordPress org. Please install the latest release v4.0.2 which will help you to use the Banner image as featured image in the event details and event list/grid view.
