What triggers the need to rebuild cache

the user shouldn’t see an empty page if you have clicked on “Rebuild cache” in the settings page.

I have pressed it. And everything is fine. But then a day later it’s empty again. The question is what causes the cache to be emptied.

hm, sorry, but I don’t know this provider.

things you could try:
1) Check if cache enabled
2) Check if there are database limits
3) Try to increase sleep timer in spreadplugin settings.
