• Hi!

I get the error message “ERROR: Too many failed login attempts.” when I try to log on at my website. It seems that a brute force attack was performed recently.
The problem is that I can’t log on myself with any of the users I have registered with the site.
I tried to log on after waiting for more than 30 minutes between attempts without success.
Since my internet provider assigns a wide range of IP addresses to customers, I didn’t white-list the IP range I am usually connecting from.
How can I regain access to my site?

    TIA,
    Helge

check option with start with “wps_limit_login_”, delete them

Thanks Nicolas, by the way, is there any way to blacklist ALL ip’s except just for a block of IP’s. For example, block EVERYTHING except 172.0.0.0 to 172.255.255.255 ?

    Thanks for your help.
