• I have 2 questions about the same topic – the first is that themes errored out upon installation in two blogs, so that I just got error messages when I went to the site. One I left alone, so I need to know what to do to get a working theme installed there, so that I can get back to work.

I think a created a new problem when I went in thru cPanel and deleted the theme that had the error, so I also need to know how to fix that, as well.

    Thanks.

  • If you delete an active theme, WordPress will just revert back to the default theme, thus allowing you to access your site again and fix any problems.

Yes, you can also choose to upload a new theme and rename the broken theme file via FTP
