What to do migrate to a fresh all new install or use that old 2011 installation

  • I want to migrate my WordPress org personal blog website from a VPS Server LAMP to a new VPS Server VPS – because it gets a lot of traffic… and is a very old installation & updating from 2011…

    I think is best to create a new WordPress fresh all new installation and migrate to it…

    well I ask some advise from the forums… What to do migrate to a fresh all new install or use that old installation from 2011… Please send URLs of the process you recommend…?
