    Hi,

I really want to use this plugin, it does everything I want. But my problem is that I’m wanting to use an image that I created in Adobe Illustrator as the background, and not an actual photo. I’ve tried different sizes in Illustrator (A4, 800×600, etc.) but they always seem to get distorted when I upload the PNG to the plugin.

Can you suggest a size to create an image in Adobe Illustrator and save it as a PNG that will work well with this plugin?

    Hi,
the plugin will always try to cover the entire screen with the background image and if the screen aspect ratio does not match the image aspect ratio then the image will be cropped or (on very small screens) distorted. If you want to display the image with the original ratio try to use the background-image and background-size: contain; css attribute and to set the background image. More information can be found here: https://www.css3.info/preview/background-size/

If you want to use the image with our fullscreen background plugin I suggest a resolution of 1280 x 720 or 1920x1080px.

    Regards,
    Peter
