what should i say

  • The plugin looks and does it’s purpose but it’s not free. It’s not mentioned anywhere that you need to pay for it. After having everything installed and already 10 folders a message pops up that you are not allowed to make more folder. You need to buy the full version.

    When you buy the full version you also just get some files without any explanation what to do with them. Thats for my the most gold-digging plugin I ever saw.

    1. We mentioned in the plugin description FAQ, this version limited 10 folders, and you can decide to use or not.

    2. The FileBird PRO version included Documentation file in the plugin folder, or you can check video tutorial here https://ninjateam.org/set-up-and-use-media-folders-manager-for-wordpress/

    The plugin description says :

    “UNLIMITED FOLDERS/ SUBFOLDERS
    You can create unlimited folders/subfolders for all your media files.”

    This is misleading.

    I agree. I happily downloaded this and then hit the limitation. I totally felt misled.
