What plugin (s) can control footer/copyright change?

  • My web is running theme 1070. What Plugin (s) or other things can control footer/copyright change? I noticed there were Exclude Pages from navigation (not checked), Display widgets, Page lists plus, and Filosofo Home-Page Control, and others.
    I have difficulty editing/changing footers on all web pages except Home page.
    Your help is very much appreciated.
