What plugin do i know to make this

Hi, first time here and sorry for the novice level question.

I have been tasked with creating a website page that similar to mock up image below:

It needs to be lists/columns that, when selected, show a corresponding image and dialog in a box below.

I’m ok with basic wordpress, much less so with coding. What I’m hoping is that I can use a plugin to create the page, I just wondered what one i should try? Failing that what is the best route to investigate
