If your site is primary a blog, day and name is a good choice. Otherwise, post name is my choice.

It’s your site, your choice. I can’t make that for you. But names are better for people than numbers.

    Hello,
    i personally recommend using postnames.
If your page title contains relevant words, this provides users and search engines with more information.

If you your categories are also include important keywords for seo i would recommend using custom structure like:

    %category%/%postname%

This definitely will also help you improve SEO.

i.e. you have a category name: Fantasy Anime
and the page name is: Fairy Tail

Then your permalink structure would be like:
    yoursite.com/fantasy-anime/fairy-tail

    Hope that helps!
