What Paypal plugin/system is best for me?

Hi folks, I need your opinions.
I can shift around HTML and CSS, I can just get by on PHP, but I can’t code PHP… nor can I make much sense of Paypal’s backend.

What I’m looking to do is list rentals on a page or their own pages. Each of course will have it’s quantity always set to 1.

There are many plugins that help integrate Paypal out there, and I’m wondering if one could help me do this and automate the whole process as much as possible.
