What must the link look like to set a cookie and redirect?

    I’ve got a link on my website https://redesign.didactmedia.eu/ that assigns users to a user group. That works fine, but I would love it if that link could also redirect users to a certain page. The link now looks as follows:

    https://redesign.didactmedia.eu/shop-2/?omniwp_custom_prices_user_group=73

    Can someoone help me? ??
