What makes the IP unblocked?

  • Hello,
    Can you please confirm to me what exactly makes the previously blocked IP unblocked:

    • is it simply done by deleting the IP from the ‘Deny Rules’ box?
    • or is it necessary to also place this same IP into ‘Allow Rules’ box?

    Thank you kindly in advance for answering (does not have to be by the plugin author).
