What makes a good reservation tool?
Highly functional? Good UI? low cost?
When considering how to actually use a reservation tool at a store, there is something even more important. That’s troubleshooting.
If the reservation system stops working, it will be a huge loss and damage customer trust.
This is a huge risk for companies that cannot be resolved with money or time.
When you think about it, Amelia’s support system is truly amazing.
The problem this time was a serious one where accounting data was not displayed due to a version update, but the update was provided in just a few hours after it was escalated to rank 2.
Of course, when we update a version, we first check its operation in a staging environment before updating it to the production environment, so there was no real harm this time either.
Communication with the developer was also very responsive and stress-free. I plan to continue using the service as long as this sense of speed is maintained. No matter how good the features are at a low price, you should not use software from a company that does not have a support system in place in case of trouble.
This is my experience from 20 years of consulting.
Amelia’s support is commendable.
