What level of user can edit the wiki posts?

Both author and contributor role can add and edit wikis in the free version of the plugin. In the premium version of the plugin you can set who can edit wiki privileges.

As I mentioned above Contributor user role can edit Wikis by default, if you want to limit that to only contributors this is available in the premium version of the plugin where you can select user roles that can edit posts.
