What known plugins override permalinks in the menu?

    I stuck a huge amount of wpmudev and www.remarpro.com plugins into my multisite (subdomain ready) and I’ve LOST MY PERMALINKS OPTION!

    Does anyone know about known plugins that override the permalinks modifier option in the settings menu? Its so annoying to find you’ll probably have to start from zero because of this…

    I have new blog default plugin that overrides this problem for newly created subdomain blogs, and the permalinks return inside the plugins sidebar menu, but as it overrides another plugin I was fond of, the advanced theme switcher, and makes a default blog obligatory, its not my interest to keep it up.
