What kind of menu is this?

  • Hello – quick question, if you go to this website https://www.sterlingpartners.com and scroll down to the “Our Approach” section, what would you call this type of menu? Where the menu items are always in view, and when you click on the item you want, the content in an area of the page changes (instead of taking you to a new page). Any tips would be appreciated, trying to replicate something like this on a site and don’t even know where to start!

  • The menu is a Fixed or Sticky menu. Whenever you scroll to a certain point, javascript kicks in and stickies it to the top of the page. The design is a single page – flat design.

    Thanks for the reply but that’s not the menu I mean, I’m talking about the vertical-style menu in the “Our Approah” section, not the main nav menu
