What just happened??

What did you do yesterday? Something must have happened to make the sort of changes that you’re describing.

I’d suggest reverting anything that was changed, and if that doesn’t help you should seek help from the themes author. Commercial themes aren’t supported on these forums, so the author is really the best place to get assitance for issues like this.

I don’t know — everything related to my theme settings and widgets is gone… Have been trying to get support from theme author without success so far. ??

(Good support was the initial reason I went with this theme. Grr!)

There’s really nothing that we can do. As we don’t have access to the source code for the theme and we don’t know what changes you’ve made to the theme since you bought it, and without knowing all that we can’t know what’s going on.

Thank you for responding! All I can say is that I haven’t updated my theme (too scared!) — is there a way the theme’s settings would get “pulled” somehow when the version used is past its “expiration date?”

It’s possible, but unlikely. I haven’t seen a theme with anything like that built in before.

Any suggestions for finding someone I could pay (a little!) to help me with this?
