I have given up on your support system on WooCommerce.com. Ive asked 4 times for a refund on a plugin that doesnt work correctly and my requests are just ignored.

Would you please share the ticket number you received after submitting a request via WooCommerce.com, as well as the extension in question so that we can take a look?
Even when I got a reply from CodeInept on the 16th I actually never received a initial acknowledgment of the lodged ticket number which was 4 days previous or was there a ticket number on the reply from them. I checked my spam and junk box and there is nothing there either. Lodging tickets via your WooCommerce site and it says its been handled by Codeinept.
I’m sorry to hear you had such an experience with us. If you can’t locate the previous ticket number, just open a new one from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support.
Once you do, share the new ticket number with us here so we can make sure it’s received in our system.
Make sure to contact us from the same WooCommerce.com account you purchased the plugin from.
Thanks again for the reply. I filled out the support ticket again this time using a different browser and again I didnt get a ticker receipt. I did notice a message on your support page though ‘System Status Report is invalid or unsupported’
Please could you clarify that you are following these steps to paste your System Status Report:
Navigate to WooCommerce > Status
Click?Get system report?and then Copy for support.
Once you’ve done that, paste it into the required field, as seen below:
If you are following the above steps and are still seeing the message, “System Status Report is invalid or unsupported”, please could you share a screenshot of where you are seeing the message so that we can have a clear understanding of what you are experiencing.

I just sent that this time with the report although I am unsure why I need to submit a system report when asking for a refund. I already submitted the system report on my initial request when I was having issues with the software. It’s when I replied asking for a refund things went silent. Again, I still haven’t received a receipt for the support ticket (waited an hour) and again I have checked my spam and junk boxes.
