What is this and how do I edit it?

    If I navigate to a page and scroll down I get some things related to plugins.
    There’s content here that came with the sample content that I do not know hpw to create or edit. It’s under a headline called “Page Sections”. I’m really confused, is this a core wordpress feature that I have not seen before? Where to I manage this content?

    can you share a link to your website?
    the settings might be related to a theme or plugin.

    I don’t think screenshots will help. If the site is offline then a bit of experimentation will be needed:
    -make a backup of files and database
    -can you deactivate all plugins — and then reactivate each plugin 1-by-1 to help you narrow down the source of the issue
    -can you try a theme like twentytwenty — to see if the issues you are concerned with are coming from the theme?
