  • Due to the language barrier, I unfortunately can not read what it says. Texts are sometimes essential to recognize what it is about. My guess is that this is some kind of tab navigation where you can click on the individual points to display something specific underneath. There is something like that with many themes and can be built with many page builders.

What is it about the style that you like? Without a live link to a page, not only is it difficult to translate, we cannot see how one interacts with it and how it behaves. We don’t even know if it’s a WP site without a link. With such a link anyone can often learn what theme was used by viewing the HTML source and searching for “/themes/”.

There are all sorts of themes in the WP repository. Pick any one that’s to your liking. If it’s not exactly right, it’s possible to further customize its appearance through theme features and/or custom CSS.

Hi threadi, thank you for your information, I wonder how can i set tags up without using themes or page builder? because someone told me that page builders will create redundant data and junk data which is harmful to SEO.

Hi bcworkz, it is a WP site, here’s it’s address:https://www.compassedu.hk/, let me repaste it with English translation as below

Thanks for the translation, but live web pages are easily translated with Chrome browser, if not others. I appreciate the effort all the same.

All the listed universities in every country already exist on the page. All but the default UK ones are initially hidden. Their visibility is managed through JavaScript when one clicks on the various country tab options. There’s a basic tutorial at W3 Schools on how to do this.

If you want to customize a page to this extent, you should either be developing your own theme, or creating a child theme based on an existing one.

FWIW, I’m not convinced page builders are necessarily bad for SEO. I’m not a fan of them, but lots of people use them and their sites seem to be well indexed just fine. What I don’t like about them is if they are removed from WP, content made with them can stop working as expected. You become committed to using them in perpetuity. Many are fine with this, I’m not.

The site also is lacking all the usual signs of it being WP based. If you are simply interested in tabbed content, it’s beside the point anyway.
