Thanks for the translation, but live web pages are easily translated with Chrome browser, if not others. I appreciate the effort all the same.
All the listed universities in every country already exist on the page. All but the default UK ones are initially hidden. Their visibility is managed through JavaScript when one clicks on the various country tab options. There’s a basic tutorial at W3 Schools on how to do this.
If you want to customize a page to this extent, you should either be developing your own theme, or creating a child theme based on an existing one.
FWIW, I’m not convinced page builders are necessarily bad for SEO. I’m not a fan of them, but lots of people use them and their sites seem to be well indexed just fine. What I don’t like about them is if they are removed from WP, content made with them can stop working as expected. You become committed to using them in perpetuity. Many are fine with this, I’m not.
The site also is lacking all the usual signs of it being WP based. If you are simply interested in tabbed content, it’s beside the point anyway.
