Your thank you page plugin is the only one that seems to work! Thanks for making it!!

I assume it would benefit me to create a new failed order page to redirect customers to, but I have no idea what customers would normally see by default! Do you have insight on what customers would see by default if an order fails? I can’t find this information online. Might there be a screenshot somewhere? Or is there a way to intentionally cause a failed order to see?

Specifically regarding the Thanks Redirect plugin, if I create a new failed order page and use the order details shortcode, would the order details it provides be any different than if the order were successful? Or would the details be the exact same despite the failure?

Would it be advisable to insert text in the new failed order page suggesting that customers go back and try to place the order again?

    Thank you!

    Hi @zigzywno
This is how the default WooCOmmerce Failed Order Page looks – https://imgur.com/BsDPCGt

If you don’t want to design a specific failed order page, I recommend to use the default WooCommerce page.

On the Failed order page also the Order details are quite similar to the Thank you page, only difference would be the Order status Failed.

I hope this solves your query.

    Thanks in advance.
