    What is the threshold for Low Stock and Out of Stock?

    How do I setup the threshold for Low Stock and Out of Stock?

    I have setup in WooCommerce –> Settings –> Inventory –> Low stock threshold as 50, and Out of Stock threshold as 5.

    However, ATUM seems doesn’t pickup this globe setting. The button “Out of Stock” in ATUM still shows products has zero stock (not 5). But I need it to show all products less than 5 as Out of Stock, and all products less than 50 as Low Stock in ATUM.

    Please suggest. Thanks.

    Thank you very much for your post.

    The settings you have used in WooCommerce are related to your shop, so the front end.

    ATUM is an inventory manager for your internal stock, so the real inventory you have within your company. It does not control what your customers see.

    ATUM has a value in ATUM Inventory -> Settings -> Stock Central -> Days to Re-Order. This is the amount of days you need to replenish your inventory.

    Low stock indicator in Stock Central takes this value and calculates your real sales. The plugin then predicts the number of days your stock will last. If the calculation is lower than your Days to Re-Order it will warn you with the ‘Low Stock indicator’.

    We are working on videos that will help explaining all features right now and hope to have them all released by the end of next week.
