What is the suitable theme or plugin for start-up it solutions company?

    We are creating a new start-up company for IT solutions.
    I want a wordpress website which covers:
    * Projects requests from clients (with milestones related to payments)
    * Portfolios for tow or more developers.
    * CVs
    * IT Solutions Services.
    Is there a wordpress theme or plugin which covers all previous parts?
    I thought about Workreap theme, Exertio theme which are similar to freelancer websites and WP Project Manager plugin. But I’m not sure if they support Milestones related to payment for each milestone.
    What is the suitable theme or plugin for this purpose please?
