• Hi,

I’ve read almost all the Mailpoet help and documentation and scoured the web, and nowhere can I find an explanation of what this toggle labeled “state” or “état” in french, on each email of the emails page list (next to “history”), means or does.

It doesn’t make the email active or inactive, because automatic ones will be sent whether the toggle is “on” or “off”

Can someone please explain to me what this toggle is ?

    Thanks
    RP

    Hi @erpol53,

As you mentioned “history”, I’d assume you’re referring to the Post Notification emails, is that correct?

If that’s the case, this toggle refers to the status of the Post Notification. It can be active or inactive.

You can read more about it here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/347-create-a-post-notification-email

If Post Notification emails are being sent even when the status is deactivated, please let us know and we would need to investigate it further.
