• First, I just want to help with this post and want to find out, what the state of this plugin is. I think Frontend Admin for ACF is one of the best plugins WordPress has to offer at the moment. But I noticed that nearly every update in the last month introduced some new bugs. That goes so far, that today I was looking around for alternatives the first time.

    1. I WOULD WISH for the author to answer the people in the support forum to their problems. It does not have to be a long answer, but at least something like: “Thanks, I will look into it soon.” or “fixed”.

    2. I think there is a lot more testing necessary! However you test your plugin before releasing a new version, it would be nice if you spent at least 2x as much time as now testing it. It is a big problem if nearly every update breaks stuff. I don’t mean no harm, I just want to point this out. Aren’t there even paid customers?

    3. Do you need any help, can we do anything for you? I could totally understand if you simply lack time, I also own a page with ~1000 members, it could be basically a full time job, but I do it in my free time…

  • I am a paid customer and I havent had any replys via there support portal and its been two weeks since my support request. I am getting the feeling they just take the money and ignore the requests.

I think you are not the only one waiting. It is neither answered on the Pro Support nor here. It was the main thing that we bought Pro version. Support absolutely zero.

I will certainly not renew my Pro licenses.

The bad thing is, that my website is pretty much depending on this plugin, but I cannot update it anymore, because it breaks everything.

There was a time when support was good. But something seemed to happen. It is going to be hard to find a replacement.

I still hope it gets better.
