What is the size of Print Receipt?

    Hi,

    What is the size of print receipt as print quality is not good and when asking to the party who sold me Printer, asking that your receipt size is larger. So, it is not proper scaling and printing quality got down.
    Using 200 dpi thermal printer.

    wePOS does not have its own print function. It uses the browser’s print function. So, you can just install the printer and the browser print dialogue box should get the paper size automatically depending on the printer’s driver installed on your pc/laptop.

    The color or the DPI of the print depends on the printer not on our plugin because our plugin does not work that way.

    You can change the padding of the printable area to make the receipt size smaller. But that is our PRO feature. As per this forum’s policy we can not discuss the pro feature of a plugin. So, you can contact us by clicking here if you have any questions regarding that.

    En impresoras A4 imprime correctamente, pero la impresora de ticket, al final de este, mete mucho espacio en blanco, que imprime una tira de 40cm en blanco.
    Sin embargo desde otros programas la impresora de ticket imprime correctamente.

    @mecaser thanks a lot for your answer. I’m having problems with the thermal ticket as well. Characters are blury and there’s to much space left at the end, as you said.
    Did you manage to sort out this problem?. Thanks.
