    @marcelo we recommend keeping this setting activated. It allows us to proactively monitor and fix potential issues which we will not be able to do if this setting is deactivated. Other than this, it doesn’t change the user facing functionality / features of the actual plugin.

    ok, can you provide more info on what exactly does? does it collect usage statistics?
