What is the purpose of Mojo Marketplace plugin?

I recently started a new blog (I have several others that are many years old). I used the utility on hostgator to install it. It came with a plugin already installed that I know nothing about — Mojo Marketplace.

What is the purpose of it? Any information would be helpful. Is it there to get me to buy more things? Does it serve a useful purpose? Can I delete it if it does not serve a useful purpose? etc. etc.
